- What's the security deposit and when is it refunded?
- Are maintenance charges included in rent?
- What is the notice period?
- Who handles repairs?

Before you sign
Read the agreement fully, confirm the rent, deposit and lock-in period in writing, and take dated photos of the property's condition on move-in day.
